Toshiba publishes lumen output, color temperature, and wattage accurately; I've spot-checked against our lab measurements and they consistently match within 2%. But I've also learned that 'best' depends on context. If you're specifying for a high-end retail display, you might want the finer dimming curves of a premium smart bulb.
